About us
Our Studio
At French Cooking Lab, we believe cooking is best shared in an intimate, inspiring space—not a crowded classroom.
Our cozy studio, nestled in the heart of Serangoon Garden (just steps from the French International School), is designed to feel like a home away from home.
With space for just six participants, each class feels personal, hands-on, and tailored to you.
Our sunlit, breezy studio—with its sweeping city views and natural light—is the perfect place to roll up your sleeves, then unwind with new friends over a convivial débriefer (and a bite of what you’ve made, of course).
Come for the techniques, stay for the warmth. Here, you’ll cook, laugh, and leave feeling like family.
See you in the kitchen!

A Few Words from Eric - Founder & Culinary Innovator
« I come from a French family where the art of enjoying good food is deeply ingrained in our heritage.
Early on, I transformed the joy of savoring exquisite dishes into a passion for creating them and delighting people with my recipes. To fully live my passion, I studied bakery at Eric Kayser School and cooking at L'atelier des chefs.
Convinced that the recipes I perfected through countless trials can be mastered by anyone, I set out to develop a learning technique that makes French cuisine accessible to all.
This led me to create a unique mobile application that merges my innovative culinary methods with my analytical background as a computer engineer.
I invite you to join this journey—a new way of learning where tradition meets innovation and every aspiring chef can discover the joy of French cooking. »
